Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Refused or unclaimed packages


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.


Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
