Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
We reserve the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods.

Flex Clips™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
We are not responsible for inaccurate tracking updates provided by shipping carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for:

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Flex Clips™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply based on their country’s regulations.
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
